Terms and Conditions

Welcome to our vacation rental website. By using this website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions:

  1. Reservation Policy: Cancellation policy is To receive a full refund, guests must cancel within 48 hours of booking, and the cancellation must occur at least 14 days before check-in. If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, you’ll be paid 50% for all nights. If they cancel after that, you’ll be paid 100% for all nights.
  2. Property Use Policy:
    • EARLY/LATE CHECKOUTS We do our best to accommodate our guests. Our properties typically run at full occupancy, and our cleaning team needs all the time between guests to work their magic. Check-in time is 4 pm and check-out is 11 am. An accepted request to book does not mean your early check-in time was approved. Please send a message the morning of your check-in to consider your early check-in or late checkout. There is an additional charge determined by us that must be paid prior to your check-in (for early check-in) and prior to your late checkout. If you stay past your 11 am check-out time without approval, you will automatically be charged for that listing’s base nightly rate without discounts. This can get pricey, so please be courteous to our housekeeping and their team.
    • CLEANING Our cleaning fees are based on a courteous guest (e.g. someone who cleans up after themselves, puts dishes in the dishwasher, leaves the place as they found it, etc.) and allow us to keep prices low. If our housekeeping crew discovers an unreasonable mess post-checkout, we will charge an additional fee of $150 on top of any additional fees incurred by extra time for housekeeping, delays for the next guest, etc. Trash left outside in the hallway results in a $50 fine per bag. The dishwasher may be left running and/or full of clean dishes.
    • PACKAGES We do not allow guests to order mail/packages to this location for privacy reasons. If you attempt to have something delivered to this address, it will be rejected, and we are not held responsible for its whereabouts.
    • SMOKING This is a non-smoking property. This includes vapes/e-cigarettes. Breaking this rule will result in a $200 fine per night and potentially the additional cost that is incurred by losing the next guest’s reservation because we cannot eliminate the odor in time for the next booking.
    • MAINTENANCE Understand that we are at the mercy of the property management maintenance team for all “fix-it” requests. We ask our guests to be patient and understanding in regard to this. If a previous guest has damaged something minor and we were unable to fix it before checking in, it will be reported to the complex staff, but it is dependent on the maintenance team’s schedule. Examples: blinds, curtains, and light bulbs fall under the “non-emergency” maintenance category and won’t be completed until they’ve addressed any emergency requests around the property first. We cannot issue refunds for these non-emergency requests. There is a $50 fine for not allowing maintenance staff to enter during a reservation.
    • PETS Pets are allowed for a pet fee that’s paid after booking but before check-in. It will be a nonrefundable $75 per pet for stays 1-30 days. Any stays over 31 days will require a nonrefundable $150 per pet fee. Please be responsible pet owners and clean up after your furry friends. This includes out on the property as well as within the listing. Upon checkout, if there is excessive pet hair, any waste, damaged or stained linens or floors due to pets, charges will be assessed up to $500
  1. Limitation of Liability: WorldClass BnB shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the website or the services, even if WorldClass BnB has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
  2. Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms and conditions or the use of the website or services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall be conducted in the English language in Florida or Ontario, Canada.
  3. Termination: WorldClass BnB reserves the right to terminate any user’s access to the website or services at any time and for any reason without notice.
  4. Testimonials: The testimonials mentioned on the website do not guarantee future results and results may vary.
  5. Indemnification: You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless WorldClass BnB, its affiliates, employees, agents, and third-party service providers from and against any claims, actions, suits, damages, costs, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your use of the website or services, violation of these terms and conditions, or any activity related to your account.
  6. Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Florida and Ontario, Canada, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or related to these terms and conditions or the use of the website or services shall be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Florida or Ontario, Canada.
  7. Entire Agreement: These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between the user and WorldClass BnB and supersede all prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the website or services.
